Congratulations! This year, you will be graduating with your MBA. At this point, you must be looking forward to taking the next steps in your career after graduation and are probably wondering what types of resources Graduate Business Career Management (GBCM) offers graduating students.

There is a lot of information to go through on these links, so let me highlight a few services that I think would be most beneficial to you.

Recommendations for Graduating MBA Students:

  • Job Board Graduate Business Career Management (GBCM) sends out full-time job postings daily. Please email AnaKarina with your student ID# if you would like to sign up to receive these postings.

  • Career Planning Workshops - This workshop will walk you through the job search process, from assessments to negotiating the offer.
      
  • Happy Hour Plan to attend at least one of the GBP Offices happy hours this year. Start mingling and networking with your fellow students and alumni as soon as you can.
       
  • On-campus Interviewing (OCI) Program – Some employers periodically interview MBA students on-campus. Make sure you have signed up with MonsterTrak to receive reminders from me about the deadlines for resume submission and instructions on how to sign up.
      
  • Career Consultations – GBCM offers hour-long counseling sessions on all aspects of the job search or any other career management issue. Call Nelson Rodrigues at 408-554-5485 to schedule an appointment with AnaKarina.
