Students who complete the Managing Technology and Innovation Concentration are eligible to have the Concentration noted on their transcripts (please see the Bulletin for the list of requirements). Take advantage of this focused set of courses to deepen your overall understanding of: the innovation context, organizing for innovation (both large firm issues and start-ups), the process of innovation (team and project management), and systems design.

These courses will better prepare you to engage with the Santa Clara University technology and innovation community.  Relevant University organizations include: the Leavey School of Business’ Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship; the SCU Center for Science, Technology, and Society; SCU's Tech Law Forum; and especially, the student-run Entrepreneurs’ Connection.

Sept 22 & 23: Back to School Nights -- Concentration Meetings

Thursday, Sep. 11, 2008

Meet with all the Concentration Advisors at Back to School Night during the special class schedule.

7pm to 8:30pm First floor Lucas Hall

"The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for our graduate business students to meet faculty and staff from various departments and resources.  The event is organized in a resource fair fashion for all of our graduate business students, faculty, and staff.  Our hope is that our students will take advantage of the opportunity to discuss their programs with both academic and non-academic departments, and to learn about the student network organizations and opportunities for them to participate in co-curricular activities."

Great chance to help us plan for the rest of the year -- Including meeting with the Italian entrepreneurs attending the CIE's Certificate in Technology Entrepreneurship program.

Come to Monday or Tusd.... or both

Help me decide how best to communicate with Concentration members.
