Career Management for Alumni : BroncoLink

IMPORTANT All graduate business students and alumni must register with BroncoLink if they would like:

• Access to the Graduate Business internship and job postings
• Access to the On-campus Interviewing (OCI) Program
• Periodic reminders on upcoming GBP career events
• Periodic announcements on job market trends that impact your job search and career

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Alumni

1. Please email gbpcareers@scu.edu with your name, mailing address, preferred email, phone number, and grad year.
2. Follow the steps outlined in the instructions that BroncoLink/Symplicity will e-mail you. Be sure that you type in y our password. DO NOT CUT AND PASTE. Note: the system will remove your invitation to register if you do not sign up within three months of receiving the e-mail.
3. Complete your profile. Be sure to input your Graduation Date, Year in School (Alumnus), Applicant Type (Alumni), Major (JD/MBA, MBA, or MSIS), and Degree Level (Masters) under the "Academic Information" tab.

Students

1. Refer to the email that was sent to your SCU account for your unique login information.
2. Your Username is your Access Card Number plus 5 or 6 zeroes to create your 11-digit User ID – ex. 00000546378. Your password has been sent to your SCU email address. Be sure that you type in your password. DO NOT CUT AND PASTE.
3. Follow the directions outlined in this email. If you cannot locate your password, click the “Forgot Password” tab and another will be emailed to your SCU email address.
4. Complete your profile. Be sure to input your Graduation Date, Year in School (Graduate School), Applicant Type (Current Student), Major (MBA or MSIS), and Degree Level (Masters) under the “Academic Information Tab.”

NAVIGATION TIPS

1. Students may upload up to ten 1-page documents. Just click the Add New tab to upload. Please note: you must upload your resume in order to apply to jobs through OCI.
2. To view internships and/or job postings:
   
   • Click on “jobs/internships”
   • Select “All Job Listings” under the “Show Me” menu
3. For students and new graduates: To view OCI schedules:
4. • Click on “jobs/internships”
   • Select “All interviews” to view all of the upcoming OCI schedules or "Interviews | Qualify for" to view the OCI schedules that specifically match your profile
5. For students and new graduates: Click on "OCI" to view requests from employers for an on-campus interview and/or to view your upcoming interviews.
