REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Alumni
Please email GBPCareers@scu.edu with your name, mailing address, preferred email address, phone number, and grad year. We will send you instructions once we receive this information from you.
Students
- Refer to the email that was sent to your SCU account for your unique login information
- Your Username is your ACCESS card number plus 5 or 6 zeroes to create your 11-digit User ID (ex: 00000546378). Your password has been sent to your SCU email address. Be sure you type in your password. DO NOT CUT AND PASTE.
- Follow the directions outlined in this email. If you cannot locate your password, click the "Forgot Password" tab and another will be emailed to your SCU email address.
- Complete your profile. Be sure to input your Graduation Date, Year in School (Graduate School), Applicant Type (Current Student), Major (MBA or MSIS), and Degree Level (Masters) under the "Academic Information Tab."
NAVIGATION TIPS
Students may upload up to 10 one-page documents. Just click the "Add New" tab to upload. Please note: you must upload your resume in order to apply to jobs through OCI.
To view internship and / or job postings:
- Click on "Jobs/Internships"
- Select "All Job Listings" under the "Show Me" menu
To view OCI schedules
- Click on "Jobs/Internships"
- Select "All interviews" to view all of the upcoming OCI schedules or
- "Interviews I Qualify For" to view the OCI schedules that match your profile
- Click on "OCI" to view requests from employers for an on-campus interview and/or to view your upcoming interviews.
