Equivalency Exams

MBA students may meet pre-program competencies by taking and passing equivalency exams.

MSIS students may meet pre-program competencies and waiveable core business requirements by taking and passing equivalency exams.

Exams are only administered during the first week of each quarter. All equivalency exams must be completed before the end of a student's second quarter in the MBA or MSIS program. A student's enrollment deposit must be submitted prior to taking exams and students are not eligible to take an exam if they are enrolled in or have attended any session of the class that they are attempting to waive.

Each equivalency exam may only be taken once. If students do not pass an exam, they must enroll in the corresponding course.
