Winter 2009 Capstone (MGMT 619) Petition Form

Capstone is one of the final steps in completing SCU’s MBA degree. Since MGMT 619 has unique prerequisites, students must submit a Capstone Petition in order to enroll. All eligibility requirements will be verified by the GBP Academic Support and Records staff prior to registration. Submission of this form does not guarantee enrollment in MGMT 619.

Students will receive an initial confirmation email upon submission of this form. A follow-up email will be sent in October prior to the Winter 2009 registration period notifying students whether or not all requirements have been met. Students will be able to register for Capstone during their assigned registration appointments (the GBP Office no longer enrolls students in Capstone administratively). Winter 2009 course registration will begin Monday, October 20th.

Students interested in enrolling in Capstone for the Winter 2009 quarter must submit the online petition below no later than September 15th.
