Steve Hawker

Steve Hawker was born and raised in the UK. Steve received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of the West of England, and a post-graduate certificate in management from the University of Gloucestershire. He joined the Evening MBA program in Fall 2005.

After working for many years in the telecoms industry in the UK, Steve was enticed to Silicon Valley in 2003 by the prospect of decent weather and the opportunity to spend more time with his American wife. He currently works as an independent consultant to the wireless industry. His interests include rugby, golf, and dreaming about early retirement. Steve has served on a number of boards ranging from sported to learned societies.
