- All of the girls in Bayanapalli, a nearby village with a previously high dropout rate, are now going to school.
- Aarti Home has been able to expand its tailoring and vocational training programs to women in Kadapa and the surrounding areas.
- Winner of the 2012 Leader of Impact Award with more than 8,000 votes.
