She has been an executive or on the board of industry and healthcare organizations, including Alphavax, a biotechnology company, where she is working to turnaround and strategically position research direction. Karen has twenty-eight years of experience in business and development of pharmaceuticals managing large strategic change initiatives, and international pharmaceutical drug development programs and operations. She has global experience in leading people, teams and products, and has a distinguished track record turning low performing organizations into top performers delivering on business performance goals.
