Allison is a partner with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in Palo Alto and is on the Managing Board of the firm. She represents technology companies in securities and venture capital transactions, formation, financings, M&A and IPOs and has significant experience representing entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, as well as acquirers and target companies.
In addition to GWLN, Allison is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford, the Board of Directors of Watermark and is former Co-Chair of their Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Women in Law Empowerment Forum.
In 2011, Allison was named a Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. In 2003, she was named one of the top 20 lawyers under age 40 in California by the Daily Journal.
