Iva, Human Resources Manager at GWLN, joined GWLN in 2012 as a volunteer manager and coordinator. She is dedicated to the vision, direction, and implementation of educational projects that focus on women's lifelong well-being.
Iva’s interests are also tied to developing and evaluating women’s initiatives with a focus on empowerment. She advocates improving and appropriating healthcare for all women and girls on an individual basis, enabling them with better access to relevant and necessary resources. At GWLN, Iva’s work continues to establish a culture of volunteer appreciation that builds upon rewarding experiences.
Iva earned a M.A. degree in Human Resource Management and a B.A. in International Relations from Webster University. She has also studied Anthropology at the University of California, Davis and San Francisco State University. Iva can be reached at volunteers@gwln.org
