Michelle, Executive Director of GWLN, was most recently an independent consultant and worked with corporate and non-profit institutions on strategy, financial planning, marketing and governance. Previously, she spent 20 years as an executive at a Fortune 100 financial services firm. During her tenure there, Michelle designed and implemented successful business, product and marketing strategies in addition to building organizations.
Michelle will join the GWLN Board and also currently serves on the boards of The Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University; Trinity School, Menlo Park; Los Ayudantes, Redwood City; and Women's Initiative, Silicon Valley.
Michelle graduated from Haas Business School at the University of California of Berkeley in California with a M.B.A. in Finance. She received a B.A. degree in Economics, from Duke University in North Carolina, graduating summa cum laude. Michelle can be reached at michellemswenson@yahoo.com
