 Alina Adams, President
Alina's formal training combines the worlds of leading edge research and business leadership with an Applied Physics undergraduate degree and a master's degree in Engineering Management. She is currently finishing her first year in the MBA program at SCU and is pursuing an interest in entrepreneurship and new high-tech venture development. Alina's professional experience in innovative design includes working in the groundbreaking Stanford Microfluidics Lab, which produces medical and bioengineering devices for engineering groups around the world. Following that, she entered the world of entrepreneurship, working as the cofounder and VP of a small startup company specializing in mobile software applications. Outside of school and work, she enjoys working with animals and volunteering at community events for the Humane Society of Silicon Valley

 Aarti Saini, Vice President
Aarti has 10 years of experience in the high-tech industry. She is excited to learn about innovative ideas and see them transform into profitable businesses. In her free time she enjoys learning new things, wine, the beach and spending time with family and friends

 Chris Gadek, Director of Social Media and Events
Chris is wrapping up his first year of the MBA Program. He has nearly four years experience in Finance, working as an analyst in financial services and later as a project manager at a prominent enterprise software company. Chris caught the startup bug when he joined Flitterbug, Inc. (now defunct) as a Business Development Manager. Chris' passions include the culinary arts, playing music, fashion, tattoo art, and literature.

 Feryal Ferdowsi, Director of Finance
Feryal is in her first year of MBA program and is planning to graduate in the Summer of 2014. She has 3 years of experience in retail management for various major fashion companies and is planning to expand her career in finance to help innovative ideas and emerging companies to develop into profitable businesses

 Julio Moncada, Director of Development
Julio is en route to completing his first year of the Santa Clara University MBA. He has a background in Finance and works as an associate for an institutional investment adviser to mutual funds and a venture capital fund. Julio has an affinity for all things high-tech and is eager to work with aspiring entrepreneurs

 Samira Shihab, Director of Marketing
Samira is entering her second year in the MBA program at Santa Clara University with a concentration in Finance. Before attending SCU, Samira worked as an energy contracts consultant in the LNG industry serving both the public and private sector. She graduated with a triple degree in Economics, International Relations and Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. As a current transplant to the Silicon Valley Bay Area, she enjoys living in the tech infused area and is increasing her involvement in the start up community. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling to new locations in California and the rest of the world.

 Pooja Garg, Director of Operations
Pooja is an MBA Candidate at SCU with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. She recently completed her summer Internship as Finance Intern in Fujitsu America. She previously worked for CSC as Software Developer. Pooja graduated from PEC, India as an Electrical Engineer. In her free time, she enjoys to cook, play badminton and spend time with friends and family.

 Tarneen Gandhi, Director of Logistics
Tarneen is an MBA Candidate at SCU with concentration in Finance. She is currently studying part time and working full time at eBay. Her previous work experience includes GE Healthcare and Agilent Technologies. She graduated from SUNY Stony Brook as an Electrical Engineer and Business Minor. In her spare time, she likes to cook, learn baking, play tennis, swim, enjoys exploring the Bay Area trails as well as exploring India. She joined EC to have fun and make more friends outside the classroom setting. She thoroughly enjoys meeting other people who are passionate about their career and who also maintain a balanced and healthy family life!
