Prof. Sanjiv Das, chair of the Finance Department, will be presenting his research in the area of mortgage loan modification.  He has published two papers on this subject and has presented his findings to numerous audiences including FDIC, Moody's KMV and QWAFAFEW.  Come find out what he thinks is the optimal strategy to deal distressed home loans.
