Jo Ilfeld
Jo Ilfeld, PhD specializes in transforming overwhelmed entrepreneurs into powerful leaders. After graduating from Yale College, Jo got her PhD in Business from UC Berkeley and then put her business know-how into action; a former struggling business owner herself, Jo was able to turn a hobby into a million dollar business. By pairing her exclusive systems and powerful coaching style, she has helped propel dozens of businesses to new echelons of success. Her expertise lies in helping clients find their optimal work style to take charge of their to-do lists and their business, while finding quality time to enjoy the rest of their lives.

Kevon Saber

Kevon Saber is a three-time entrepreneur with deep
experience building teams, creating consumer products, and leading external
company functions e.g. sales, marketing, etc. As a college student Kevon
co-founded AllDorm, an advertising firm serving consumer brands such as MTV,
BofA, and Volkswagen. Later, he co-founded GenPlay Games, a mobile games
developer selling twelve games through North America's wireless carriers. Away
from the office Kevon loves to dance, play tennis, and enjoy food & wine.
Kevon and his wife Annie live in Portola Valley, CA. Kevon holds a BS in
Finance from Santa Clara University and a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of
Business.

Maria Niles
Director of Client Services, BlogHer.com
Maria Niles is BlogHer's Client Services Director. Her business experience includes branding and marketing strategy, social media strategies, consumer market research and new product development. Prior to joining BlogHer, Maria founded ConsumerPop Marketing Consulting and she held brand management positions at consumer goods and services companies such as Netflix, Campbell's Soup and Kraft Foods. Maria's experience in the social media space has led to speaking engagements in a variety of settings from the MIT Media Lab to conferences covering social media use for business and how digital media is transforming business.
After establishing ConsumerPop Marketing Consulting in 2005, Maria assisted a variety of companies with their social media and marketing efforts. Clients included LiveWorld, JWT Digital and Kleenex® brand tissues, JFK University, a global cosmetics company, a leading CPG healthcare brand, retailers, advertising and PR agencies. Projects included development of marketing strategy and plans, mission statements, brand essence and identity, corporate blogs and blogging strategies, blogger outreach strategies, ad network development, video blog strategy and production, social media monitoring programs and online community development and management.
Maria holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan, a Master's degree from the University of Chicago and BA from UCLA.

Stacy Rue
Senior Manager, Business Development Strategic & Missile Defense Systems
Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company
Stacy Rue serves as a senior manager of business development for the Lockheed Martin Strategic and Missile Defense Systems line of business. In addition to the senior manager role, Ms. Rue manages California Government Relations for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company in Sunnyvale, Calif. She is responsible for the management of legislative and regulatory matters at the state and local levels, and serves as liaison to Lockheed Martin's Washington Operations regarding federal issues.
Ms. Rue joined Lockheed Martin in 1984. Her career includes previous positions in business development, financial management, training and external communications.
Ms. Rue is an active member of the community, serving on the California Taxpayers Association Board of Directors, and she is the Lockheed Martin Team Captain for the American Diabetes Association's Silicon Valley Tour de Cure. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Californian Manufacturers Association and the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce. As a strong advocate of education, Ms. Rue taught business classes at local community colleges and served on the Dartmouth Middle School Board for four years.
Ms. Rue received her B.A. from San Diego State University and MBA from Santa Clara University. Ms. Rue lives in San Jose with her husband and two teenage sons. In her personal time, she is an avid runner and swimmer.

Nita Singh Kaushal
Founder, Miss CEO
As Founder of Miss CEO, Nita wants to ensure every girl and woman is given the opportunity to learn and discover her inner leader. Nita was recently a senior manager at Yahoo! where she led an innovative and high performance suite of display media products. She began her career at Intel, where she contributed to the product evangelism and development of Intel's Centrino wireless platforms and other key mobile technologies.
She is on the Stanford Women's Community Center Advisory Board and has also served as the Co-President of Yahoo! Women in Tech. She has been invited by Fortune 500 companies and educational institutions all over the country to lead workshops on attracting, retaining and promoting women in the workplace. Nita grew up in San Jose, CA and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
