From the Dean

Our Management Department faculty are a remarkable set of Scholars. As you would expect from a nationally ranked business school, their work contributes to our understanding of competitive advantage and sustained profitability, benefiting business practice today. And their scholarship suggests solution's that reach deeper than the bottom line.

Their research brings unique dimensions to business excellence - from assessing the dangers of taking technology for granted to the application of business principals to alleviate global poverty, from leading health care change to policy implications of nanotechnology development - their work addresses issues of meaning and not just money.

I am particularly proud when our faculty can offer new insights and broaden our perspectives on developing a more just, humane and sustainable world - and I hope you will share that pride as a member of the Leavey School of Business community.
