IDIS 695 Global Entrepreneurial Leadership 2007: A Case Study on New Zealand

This one-week trip to New Zealand focused on global entrepreneurship, using the country's key industries and entrepreneurs as case studies in Auckland and Wellington. Students learned the competitive advantages in such industries as media, technology and biotech, fashion, sustainable agriculture, natural products, and venture capital. Visits to several portfolio companies as well as briefings with trade representatives and key governmental officials were scheduled.
