OMIS Professor's Research Helps SEO

OMIS Assistant Professor Ram Bala's research in sponsored seach and search engine optimization (SEO) analyzed small, unbranded internet retailers marketing strategies. He and his team found that investments in SEO may be helpful  and more cost-effective for smaller retailers competiting against larger, branded firms.
