Mark Brashear is the Chairman and CEO of Hugo Boss Americas. Since January 2009, Mr. Brashear has led the Hugo Boss brands and business for the Americas from New York headquarters. Prior to Hugo Boss, Mr. Brashear served as President of Faconnable, a subsidiary executive leadership roles with Nordstrom, Inc. in the United States.

Mr. Brashear earned a B.S.C. in Finance from Santa Clara University and completed the Retail Studies Program in 1983.  He also studied International Business in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Brashear has served on the Board of Directors for Project Open Hand in San Francisco and continues to serve as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Retail Management Institute at Santa Clara University.
