Tom Fanoe received is BSC degree from Santa Clara in 1968, and his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berekeley in 1969. Tom worked at Levi Strauss, San Francisco for 30 years. He retired from Levi's in 1999, as the President of the Levi's brand for the USA. Prior to that he was President of the Youthwear Division and the Levi Strauss Canada Division.

After leaving Levi's Tom was the President of Joe Boxer, a San Francisco based apparel/underwear brand, for 2 years.

Currently, Tom is an acting consultant to various businesses, and serves on the Board of the Levi's Red Tab Foundation.
