• Dale Achabal, Ph.D. - Executive Director

  Dale Achabal has been serving the Retail Management Institute since 1980. Dale received his Ph.D. from The University of Texas, Austin. Dale is the L.J.Skaggs Distinguished Professor and Executive Director of the Retail Management Institute. • Kirthi Kalyanam, Ph.D. - Director

  Kirthi Kalyanam has been with the Retail Management Institute since 1994. Kirthi received his Ph.D. from Purdue University. Kirthi Kalyanam is the J.C. Penney Research Professor, Director of the Retail Management Institute and Faculty Director of the EMBA program. Read full Vita.
  

   

• Gail Kirby, Ph.D. - Faculty

  Gail is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing and a faculty advisory in the Retail Management Institute. Dr. Kirby received her Ph.D. in consumer/applied economics from the University of Maryland. Read full Vita.

• Cynthia Gamage - Associate Director

  Cynthia Gamage was Director of Executive and College Recruitment for Bullock's prior to joining the Retail Management Institute in 1982. She is a graduate of San Jose State University. She works closely with Advisory Board members, retail executives, and students in the retail studies program. She is also the Program Director for the Retail Consortium for Management Education (RCME). 

• Danielle Gustafson - Office Coordinator

  Danielle Gustafson has been with the Retail Management Institute since 2001. Danielle received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Danielle works with RMI focusing on the coordination of programs and events, social media as well as support the Director and Associate Director with the Retail Studies Program.
