About the Speaker - Ann Rhoades Ann Rhoades is a dynamic and visionary executive with over 25 years of experience in a variety of service-based industries, including Vice President of the People Department for Southwest Airlines, Executive Vice President of Team Services at Promus Hotel Corporation/Doubletree Hotel Corporation, and Executive Vice President of People for JetBlue Airways, as well as President of People Ink, her Human Resources consulting company. Ann has a respected reputation in the industry for her creative approach to creating cultures around fun and for blending cultures in merger situations. Ann currently serves on the Board of JetBlue Airways Corporation, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, HireVue, Inc., and formerly was on the Board of Directors for Restoration Hardware, Ann has an MBA in Management from the University of New Mexico. Chang's and other companies known for their trailblazing corportate cultures, thought leader and author of Built on Values, Ann Rhoades, will explore ihowi leaders can create winning environments that allow their employees and their companies to thrive.
