ACE Program

The ACE program is a unique program designed to provide selected undergraduate business majors an education which blends academics with practice. The goal of the program is to create the business leaders of future who will embody Santa Clara University's ideals of competence, conscience, and compassion.

The acronym ACE stands for Accelerated Cooperative Education and reflects the program's many facets which leverage service learning and internship experience through partnerships with business and community-based organizations.Students personally engage with business executives from Silicon Valley companies who serve as mentors and models of leaders in action.

For students, the ACE program is a catalyst for successful entry into the business arena. For the community, the ACE program instills the qualities necessary for these students to be capable, ethical, and caring business leaders of tomorrow.

Business Week Ranks Undergraduate Business Program # 27 in Nation

First appearance by Santa Clara University 

SANTA CLARA, CA – March 9, 2007 – The Santa Clara University undergraduate business program has been named 27th in the nation by Business Week magazine, the first appearance for the business program in the rankings.

The assessment, gathered from surveys conducted with recruiting firms and students, evaluated nearly 100 business programs in the nation. Among the measurements taken were entering student test scores, teaching quality, and alumni job placement. The ‘Top 50 Undergraduate Business Programs’ list appears in the March 19 issue of the publication. Read full news release.
