Courtney's background includes sales, marketing, promotions, and product and strategic channels management. As the Assistant Director for Employer Relations, Courtney manages the on-campus interview program and other employer-related events.  Her understanding of the corporate environment and the essential requirements of employers, balanced with her insight into the needs of students as they navigate initial career choices, provide the foundation of her ability to support both SCU students and employers.
