On-Campus Interview Policies


  • iconSchedule Changes

    Changes to your schedule, positions, etc., made after deadlines are difficult to communicate to students and will adversely affect the turnout for your visit. If you need to make a change, please contact our office so we may best advise you in the process. Changes are not made within 48 hours of the recruiting date. Recruitment schedules are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • iconOpen vs. Closed Schedules

    Both "open" and "closed" schedules are available for employers. An "open" schedule is a "first-come, first-served" type of interview schedule. As students sign up for an interview time slot, they submit a resume for review.With a "closed" or "prescreen" schedule, students submit resumes for employer review. Employers review the resumes two weeks before the interview date, then select which students they wish to invite to interview. Selections are made through the online program, BroncoLink. Students should be notified by the employer via e-mail of their preselection status and reminded to return to the BroncoLink system to sign up for an interview time slot.
  • iconCancellation

    A cancellation fee of $50 per scheduled student will be assessed if your schedule is canceled within two business days of the recruiting date or if you do not show up for your interview day.
