How to Cancel or Change an Interview Time

On-Campus Interview appointments are serious commitments and should only be scheduled if you have a sincere interest in the position and employer. Students interested in practicing for interviews should speak with a Career Center staff member about other ways to gain interview experience. On-Campus Interviews should never be scheduled in order to practice.

  1. If you need to change your interview time, you may do so before the Sign-Up End Date by logging into BroncoLink.
  2. Select the "Scheduled Interviews" tab.
  3. Find the appropriate interview and select "Reschedule."
  4. You will only be able to change your time if there are other open slots.

If you need to cancel an interview you must contact the Career Center by 1 p.m. two business days prior to your scheduled interview. If less than two business days are provided, or if you do not show up to your interview, you are considered a no-show. If your scheduled interviews result in more than one no-show, you will be permanently disqualified from the University's OCI Program.
