Volunteer opportunities come in all shapes and sizes. Most volunteers will work directly with the collections, such as assisting with conserving or labeling artifacts. Other volunteer positions, such as data entry and digitizing the slide and photo collections, don't require working directly with the collections. In addition, there are opportunities for those who prefer to sit most of the time, as well as for those who cannot stand to sit at all. Most of the volunteer opportunities are ongoing.
The Archaeology Research Lab has many volunteer opportunities for both students and members of the community to work with our archaeological collections, conservation, and collections management. If you are interested in applying to volunteer at the Archaeology Research Lab, please fill out the form below and email it to the volunteer coordinator at ARLVolunteer@scu.edu
