Michele Mizejewski
Michele is the Digital Image Manager for the Art & Art History Department where her focus is developing a system for building a library of digital images and making them easily available for teaching. Previously, she worked as Electronic Services Librarian at Redwood City Public Library. She has taught online courses on social software and libraries for Simmons College GSLIS CE, as well as in-person workshops all around CA for The Infopeople Project. She also speaks on Web 2.0 topics, most recently at The Future of Libraries conference in San Francisco. Michele holds a BA in English Literature with a minor in Art from Fairfield University and an MLIS from Simmons College Graduate School of Library and Information Science. Her professional interests include visual resources, social software, and reference and instruction.
