Katherine AokiAssistant Professor Katherine Aoki received her BA from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by an MFA in Printmaking from Washington University, St. Louis in 1994. Past awards include printmaking and book-arts grants, as well as artist residencies at the MacDowell Colony, the Headlands Center for the Arts, and Kala Printmaking Institute. She has exhibited locally, nationally, and internationally. Her work can be found in major collections across the U.S. including SFMOMA, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, the Harvard University Art Museums, and the New York Public Library. |
