Dr. Andrew Ishak
Lecturer in Communication
Academic background: Dr. Ishak received a B.S. in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis in 2004, an M.A. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005, and a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012.
Teaching areas/responsibilities: Dr. Ishak mainly teaches Public Speaking as well as other elective courses, including a course on Sports and Communication.
Research interests: Dr. Ishak conducts research on organizational and team training, sport communication, and communication of action/performing teams.
