Santa Clara University

Communication graduates move on to all manner of careers. Santa Clara grads work in advertising, broadcast journalism, college and university teaching, digital media, the film industry, print journalism, public relations, special effects, television directing and producing, communication research, and other aspects of communication.

Other graduates choose to work outside the communication area, using their preparation to ground careers in everything from law to marketing.

LinkedIn Networks

Many employers and internship providers recruit in part through LinkedIn. We invite you to join any networks of interest to you, where you can connect with employers, stay up to date on internship opportunities, Career Center events, industry news, and company campus visits.

Graduate School Advising

In the Communication Department Office, you can find handouts available to help you think about how to choose, apply to, and fund graduate education. We hold an annual advising meeting on graduate school in spring quarter.
