Biographical Information

Andrew J. Garavel, S.J. joined the English department in 2005. After his undergraduate education at Fairfield University, he studied philosophy at Loyola University in Chicago, earned a masters degree in English at the University of Chicago, taught at Fairfield College Preparatory School and went on to theological studies at Regis College, University of Toronto. He receieved his Ph.D. from New York University and has been an adjunct instructor at Fairfield and Sacred Heart Universities in Connecticut.
