Maria Judnick

Academic Year Adjunct Lecturer

Maria Judnick earned a MA in English from San Jose State University and a MFA in Creative Nonfiction from St. Mary’s College of California. She completed her undergraduate work (English major with minors in Art History and Theology) at a WCC rival – Loyola Marymount University. Every other summer, Maria serves as the Project Coordinator for the National Endowment for the Humanities "John Steinbeck, the Voice of a Region, a Voice for America," Institute for teachers.

This year, Maria will teach in the English Departments at both Santa Clara University and San Jose State University. She is currently writing a young adult mystery novel along with several articles related to John Steinbeck’s works.
