The documents on this website are provided to support the work of department and program chairs, their designated delegates, and all faculty members engaged in periodic Program Review and ongoing Program Assessment activities.

Colleagues can search by department/program or by document type, which means that they can view all essential documents from a single department/program in their interdependency or compare particular documents across a range of departments/programs.

The two touchstones for the entire exercise of Program Review and Assessment are the normative documents from the Provost: (a) Provost’s Guidelines for Academic Program Review and (b) Provost’s Guidelines for Assessment of Learning Outcomes.  All these documents are made available so that colleagues can benefit from the learning of their peers at any point in the on-going process of Program Review and Assessment.
