Program Review and assessment are important means by which our academic units evaluate and improve their programs.  The goals of such activities are straightforward: 

1. To allow departments and programs regular opportunities to examine their resources, curriculum and overall mission. 
   
2. To systematically evaluate whether students are indeed achieving the learning objectives that the department has articulated as being central to its curriculum.
