Yoshiko Miyakoshi, Lecturer of Japanese in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Santa Clara University, received her M.A. in second language acquisition from The School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont in 1997, where she later taught Japanese language and culture at the graduate level. She has been teaching Japanese language and culture at Santa Clara University since 2003. She is also an artist and has had many art exhibitions in the United States and Japan.
