Conducted by Emily Ray the SCU Orchestra has been a long established, integral part of the Music Department at SCU.
The focus of the orchestra is the preparation and concert performance of major works from the orchestral repertoire. Other performances include an annual concerto/aria competition & performance and a dedicated concert featuring the music from the stage and screen.
The SCU Orchestra performs in the beautiful Mission Santa Clara.
Class Meets: Monday 4.30 - 6.00pm (sectional rehearsals) and Tuesday 7.30 - 10.00 pm (full orchestra)
