Dr. Cheng-Guajardo's general research interests are in the philosophy of action, moral theory, and moral psychology. His current work focuses on corporate agency and moral responsibility, and on the relation between normative demands and autonomous agency. His dissertation, The Practical Demand of Means-end Rationality (2013), systematizes approaches to understanding the normative requirement of means-end rationality in light of recent challenges that such a requirement is a “myth”. Curriculum Vitae and personal webpage.
