In addition to completing the 2009 University Core Curriculum and College requirements for the Bachelor of Science degree, Public Health Science majors must complete the following departmental requirements:

1. Public Health Science: PHSC 1, 100, 139, 190
    Public Health Elective: PHSC 20 or PHSC 21, or PHSC 101 (choose     one)

2. Natural Science: BIOL 21, 22, 24, 25
    CHEM 11, 12, 13
    CHEM 31, 32
    Upper-Division Natural Science Electives: (choose 3 from list, 2 with     lab)

3. Social Science: Lower-Div. Social Science Electives: choose 3 from     list, 2 from same dept.)
    Upper-Div. Social Science Electives: (choose 3 from list)

4. Recommended Pre-Health Courses: PHYS 11, 12, 13 or PHYS 31,     32 , 33 CHEM 33

5. Mathematics: MATH 11, 12

6. Statistics: MATH 8 or PSYC 40 or SOCI 120 or BIOL 160 (choose     one)
