Duties include:

TOLA Fellowship

TOLA, The Organizing and Leadership Academy, is an intensive academy designed to teach community organizing and leadership. Taught by some of the most effective community, business, educational and political leaders in the East Bay, the program includes classroom instruction and case-study teaching, but the core focus of the program is on-the-ground training. Each class of Fellows commits to a full-time organizer’s schedule (six days a week, 10-12 hours a day) for at least four months.
Applications will be accepted as they are received. There are two TOLA Classes per year—one begins in mid- February and the second starts in mid-July.
