    Religious Traditions and Contemporary Moral Issues

    This course will explore selected moral issues that face humanity today and critically analyze the responses given to these issues by the selected religious traditions, included but not limited to the Christian tradition. Issues to be analyzed will include euthanasia, marriage, gender and human rights, poverty, war, and environmental degradation.

    SCTR 106: Person of Christ in New Testament

    Fulfills RTC 3 Requirement. 

     

    The course deals with a detailed and systematic investigation into the knowledge Jesus had of himself and his mission, and also of how the New Testament writers developed their portrayal of Christ in their evaluation of who he is (Christology) in the light of the Resurrection belief.
