As your field research work reaches its conclusion, be sure to:

• Offer to send your research write up to your contacts, and/or to meet to discuss concerns or suggestions they may have for you.
•  
• Include in your final presentation acknowledgement of individuals who have been particularly helpful (make sure to obtain correct spelling and titles for this purpose as you proceed).
•  
• Send thank you letters to any individuals or communities who have been particularly helpful. (Consult the Appendix to the LRP Documentation of Local Sites Resource Manual for samples.)
