To minor in Sociology, a student must complete the following courses: 

  • Sociology 1, Principles of Sociology
  • Sociology 33, Social Problems in the US
  • Sociology 117, Sociology's Analytical Frameworks and Conceptual Approaches
  • Three upper division courses in Sociology (in addition to Sociology 117; excluding Sociology 118, 119, 120 and 121)
