Summer Session Program 2008
| Looking for a productive way to spend your summer vacation? SCU’s undergraduate summer program offers interesting, fast-paced courses in more than 25 academic areas. Students receive all the benefits of a Santa Clara classroom experience, including full course credit and individual faculty attention, during these rigorous shortened sessions. The summer program is open to all SCU students and to non-SCU students who would like to apply for the summer session only. Incoming SCU freshmen may also register for summer session classes, provided they meet all prerequisites and that the schedule does not conflict with the required New Student Orientation session. High school students may also apply for summer courses through the Young Scholars program. The Undergraduate Summer Session Catalog is available online under Class Schedule Information. Tuition is $250 per unit for all students. A non-refundable enrollment fee of $75 will be assessed for all non-SCU/non-degree-seeking students. SCU students begin registration April 14. The application period for non-SCU/non-degree seeking students begin March 17. Non-SCU/non-degree seeking students begin registering on April 21 after paying the required deposit of $1075. We cannot guarantee transferability of credits to other institutions and recommend students work with advisors at their own schools prior to registering. We hope you will join us in the summer 2008 for this fast-paced, exciting term. Come back soon and check out our website for updates. Regards, Rafael Ulate |
