Rental Fees for Non-Cancellation of Space Reservation
in the Arts and Sciences Building (#804)
Cancellation Policy: Failure to cancel a reservation (click here for cancellation form) prior to 24 hours before the start of an event will incur a $100 charge.
Users who repeatedly fail to cancel reservations may lose the opportunity to reserve facilities in the Arts and Sciences Building in the future.
To cancel a confirmed reservation:
For scheduled reservations in the Wiegand Teleconference Room #120, the Foyer (lobby) or the back Patio send an email to Wiegand@scu.edu to cancel your reservations. Please include as much details about your reservation, the room you reserved, the day and time of your event, and the request contact and number.
No fees are charged to members of the SCU community, except as follows: If an event requires the services of the SCU Facilities Department after 3 p.m. on weekdays or on either Saturday or Sunday. Users will be charged $44 an hour for a minimum of four hours (i.e., a minimum charge of $176).
External organizations, which must be sponsored by a SCU staff or faculty member, will be required to sign both a Contract and a Use of Premises Agreement, to submit evidence of insurance coverage, and to pay a $100 fee.
