Stuffed Mushrooms Collar

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb large fresh mushrooms
  • ¼ cup Wish-Bone Robusto Italian, Italian or Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Remove and finely chop mushroom stems
  3. In medium bowl, combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and chopped stems
  4. Fill each mushroom with bread crumb mixture; place in shallow baking dish
  5. Add water to barely cover bottom and bake 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or cold.

Makes about 24 appetizers.
