    Zen Mindfulness Meditation
    Wednesdays during weeks 1-10, 5:15-6:10 p.m., Multifaith Sanctuary, St. Joseph Hall
    Take a moment to meditate with others and learn about Zen sitting meditation. No experience is required. Come when you can; leave when you must.

    Interfaith Dinner Discussion
    Thursday, May 14, 6-7pm, Campus Ministry
    You are warmly invited to join a diverse community of students as they ask questions and explore issues of interest to those of any, all, and no religious or spiritual tradition. Topic this week: a speaker will discuss Islam. Dinner is provided, so bring a friend! If you have Question, contact Jonathan Homrighausen or Rev. Laura Brekke.

    Misa en Español
    Thursday, May 21, 8-9 p.m., Mission Church
    Come celebrate mass with our Spanish-speaking community at Misa en español, all are welcome. Father Phil Cooke will be presiding. Contact Maleny Quiroz if you have any questions.

    Washington to Washington Program Application
    Applications deadline extended until program is full
    The Washington to Washington program is an experience that allows you to work for justice with a small group of SCU students in a local community. An integral part of the program is the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice in Washington, DC (November 7-9), the largest annual gathering of young adults from Jesuit institutions.     Apply to Lead the First Year Retreat
    Applications Open Now!
    October 16th-18th (Retreat)
    Apply to lead the Fall First Year Retreat, which is a retreat specifically geared towards first year students and invites retreatants to reflect on the themes of Belonging, Believing, and Becoming. This is a fantastic way to help first year students engage with their faith as well as contemplate their place here at Santa Clara.     Weekend Silent Retreat
    May 29-31, St. Francis Retreat Center, San Juan Bautista
    Registration for the Weekend Silent Retreat is now open. Enjoy this three-day weekend retreat based on the Daily Examen prayer, as established by St. Ignatius. Components of the retreat include confidential, individual meetings with a retreat director, group conference talks on the movements of the Examen, liturgy, and group prayer.
