    Spirituality Tip #1378: Find someone you truly appreciate and write them a letter of gratitude for their presence and influence on your life. 

    November is the Month of Remembrance
    We join with the church throughout the world in honoring The Month of Remembrance, a time set apart that invites us to remember and celebrate those who have gone before us in faith; loved ones who have died as well as all the holy men and women who are the Blessed Communion of Saints. 

    Register for the Ignatian Retreat
    Applications due Friday, November 22
    Ignatian Retreat, Retreat House, Los Altos, CA, December 15-20, $200. This five-day version of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius is targeted at undergraduate and graduate students. From Sunday evening to Friday around noon, retreatants will enter into a contemplative silence. In addition to the culture of silence and extended periods of private reflection, each day also includes presentations on the spiritual exercises, a liturgy, communal gatherings for prayer, and a conversation with a spiritual director.     Fall Reconciliation Service
    Wednesday, Nov. 20, 7 p.m., Mission Church
    All are welcome to share in this experience of God’s profound love and infinite mercy. short communal service will be followed by individual celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

    Thursday, November 21, 4-5:30 p.m., Multifaith Sanctuary
    Come join us for music, interfaith reflections on gratitude, and a cornucopia of edible delights! 

    “Not My Life” Viewing and Discussion
    Thursday, November 21, 2013, 7:30 p.m., Williman Room
    The Freedom Project: Student Against Human Trafficking will have a documentary screening with ice3 cream sundaes. The film is called Not My Life and it is about the practices of the multi-billion industry, human trafficking in five different continents and a dozen countries; the United States being   included. After the documentary, there will be a discussion about human trafficking.

    Come explore the Labyrinth, a unique form of embodied prayer which involves journeying into the center of one’s faith and spirituality then back out. labyrinth will be laid out in the Multifaith Sanctuary every Monday this quarter. 

    Bible Study
    Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Campus Ministry
    Please join us in am ecumenical Bible Study each Tuesday as we gather as a community to read, reflect and learn from Scripture. This quarter will cover the books of Jonah and Esther. Whether you’re active in a church community or just learning about the Christian faith, this is a welcoming community for you. All are invited!

    This week will be Lectio Divina, a unique way of praying with text and reflecting upon its meaning to you. Senior Kelsey Ford and junior Julian Castillo will be reflecting on the question, “How do I grow?”
