St. Clare Garden

This medieval garden highlights some of the plants that were native to Assisi, St. Clare's home. This is one of the only places on campus where you can "graze" your way.  Mint, lavender, fennel, sage, and many other culinary and medicinal herbs are featured here. A statue by Trung Pham, SJ depicts St. Clare and serves as the centerpiece to the garden.  There are two benches that can be used for studying or just sitting and contemplating life.  This is also a nice garden to include on a meditative walk through the campus that can also include the Mission Gardens and St. Ignatius Lawn.
