Day 19: Neighborhood Clean-Up

READ:

ACT:

Please arrive outside of the Benson Center at 10:00 am on October 19th. (Near the bookstore) Please be prepared to walk and pick up waste in the neighborhoods surrounding campus. Please wear appropriate shoes and clothes to walk, pick up and sort waste. You will be provided bags, gloves and maps for this event.

REFLECT:

Please think about these questions after you completed the sort of the waste items: 1. What did you notice about the amount of items that were collected? 2. What surprised you about the clean -up today? 3. What can you do to help educate your peers about what you learned today?
