Day 29: Water is Life

READ:

"Water flows from high in the mountains Water runs deep in the Earth Miraculously, water comes to us, And sustains all life." -Thich Nhat Hanh

ADVOCATE:

Unsafe drinking water is one of the leading causes of death in children under 5. Please watch the video made by Water is Life to learn more about Nkaitole and the completion of his bucket list, and give a dollar to the organization to help them bring clean water to children all over the world.

REFLECT:

Were you surprised to find unsafe drinking water among the top leading causes of death for children under the age of 5? How does it affect your life? What can you do here in California to help provide clean water to children all over the world? How will this new-found knowledge change your everyday habits?
